My Final word on CPNs

Do NOT USE THEM. I have had mixed feeling and understanding on CPNs so I have been reading up on them and doing in depth research on these things and this is the last time I will touch on this. Do Not Use CPNs. What ever credit experts told you about cpns, the IRS and all that is simply false and you cannot fall for this. If you have concerns just let me know.
