i. Incorporate and DO NOT USE A VIRTUAL OFFICE. I only say this because many of the underwriters have various virtual office companies as a red flag. That does not mean that some of the less popular ones with work, but it’s just not a chance I am willing to take. Your home address is a fine place to use as your business address if you do not need office space. Many people believe that this will make your business credit become connected with your personal credit but this simply isn’t true. With the increase of home based businesses, this is becoming more acceptable.

I have a duns number a profile and a paydex score of 80 and every time I apply I get the decline! because of my persoanl credit has a few small problems, how do I get around that since I am a 4 month old incorporated business with 11 years in business and no credit establish til I incorporated. Have you heard of prbc is that something to use to build credit fast seem viable can you advise before I try to spend money to use it….Thanks
