I updated my address, phone number (free 411 at listyourself.net), business name (I changed by business name), employees (10 of course), income ($528k est. sales in 2008). The rep was easy to speak with and gave me all the info. All in all, it took about 15 minutes.. but I ask a lot of questions :) Went to ccr.org and got my DUNS# in about 10 minutes, then I called 800-234-3867 and it was easy.
